At Select Pick Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is not damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
1. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel.
2. Contact us on WhatsApp and send the unboxing video along with your order details.
3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been used.
- The item is damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
- No unboxing video is provided for claims regarding damaged or wrong items.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days.
